On Windows, C4DtoA 2.0 and later require the Visual Studio 2015 redistributable.




  • Lag on Windows after starting the IPR

  • Nested instances are not rendered properly

  • IPR crashes when multiple polygon selections use the same shaders

  • Can not assign volume shader to an Arnold Procedural

  • Bake texture Extend Edges option does not work by default

  • Convert substance asset to an Arnold Material is broken


There are modifications in the C4DtoA API which require third-parties to recompile their C4DtoA extensions.
